The Adventure...weeks 15,16 and 17

Yes I put my salad over my "Italian" pasta...

the toppings without the burger
strawberries and vegan chocolate pudding

oven baked fries
italian chopped salad

a garden salad and a
potato/green bean/cheez sauce casserole

steamed broccoli and cheez sauce

a delicious soup my daughter made
garlic bread stix

more cheez sauce over lightly fried taters
and steamed broccoli
my son's creation for me Sunday PM

grits with caprese salad over top

a chopped salad with soy yogurt based
italian salad dressing
mashed taters with a bit of hamburger gravy
in the which I picked out the hamburger as best I could
to keep this as close to "no meat/no dairy" as I can

strawberry spinach salad

ah, the season for watermelon has arrived!

a wonderful taco plate made by my sweet friend,
Kristina
Whole grain British muffin with fruit-juice sweetened jam

my favorite wegman's sub without the meat and cheese...
a great treat while out shopping one day.

steamed broccoli and 'cheez' sauce

me and my sub...

friday nite treat: plant only pizza

a good chopped salad to go with that pizza

Mother's Day carrot cake

succotash, even tho it's not Thanksgiving

sliced strawberries with a bit of Tru whip and 'oreo' crumbs

Greek bean burgers all ready for the oven

my bean burger paired with sliced tomatoes was fabulous!

"The salad is the main dish". Not always true for me,
but I try to have raw veggies at every meal

strawberry spinach salad

Italian chopped salad

a fruit medley

making it work while on an early
morning airport run

tater tots, no they're not a staple in my home but they
were a fun treat to eat with steamed veggies mixed with
the ever famous 'cheez sauce' and a bit of leftover gravy
