Here's some foods I was eating. I am sorry, I didn't photograph all my meals like I hoped to but here's a sampling of things for you to see.

Do you know why?
Because raw food has living enzymes in it that
your body uses to grow healthy cells to fight
disease.
At least that is my explanation in 'laymans' terms.
